Q. How quickly will I get my order?

A. Most orders are fulfilled within 7 days and the vast majority
of the rest are fufilled within 14 days of order. Out of stock items
may take a little longer but we will advise you before you confirm
your order.
Q. Are you a web only company?

A. No. We have two large retail shops in East Anglia. This allows
us to better gauge what our customers really like.
Q. How often do you deliver?

A. We normally deliver every week throughout the East of England.
Q. Why can't I pay online?

A. Occasionally we might be out of stock of a particular item. Or
if you are too far away, we might have to charge a little carriage.
Or you might have some questions. So you can place your order online,
call us on 0845 2222 325, or email us on office@furnitureaffair.co.uk
and we'll tie everything up that way.
Q. What if my goods arrived damaged?

A. They won't. That's why we unpack, check and deliver your furniture
ourselves - we don't use outside couriers. But in the unlikely event
that something is damaged, we'll simply replace it.
Q. Can I visit you personally?

A. Yes, we have two large shops. Please call first for a personal

Q. Do you offer a guarantee?

A. Yes. If you are not entirely satisfied
when you receive your new furniture, we'll refund any money you
have paid and take it back, no questions asked.
Q. Is it true that you assemble the
furniture at the customers house?

A. Yes. Assembling a large bed, for example,
can be difficult on your own. So we arrive in our own vehicle, bring
the furniture in and assemble it there and then.
Q. Is delivery free?

A. Yes - for orders of £250 or more
delivered in the East of England - i.e. London; Essex; Suffolk;
Norfolk; Cambridgeshire; Hertfordshire; Bedfordshire & Northamptonshire.

We will ask for a contribution towards delivery for orders under
£250. The amount will be between £10 and £30 depending
on how quickly you want your goods and the type of goods involved.

If you live outside our free delivery area or your order falls below
£250 we will quote a delivery charge at the time of your enquiry
or provisional order.
Only 1 driver is sent and some assistance may be needed to help unload.
An additional charge will be made if no one is able to help and 2 drivers have to be sent.
